No Butts -- 189 lbs (-40) [2X]

I love everything about this diet, except losing my butt padding. I can feel my bones crunching when I sit on bare surfaces now!

What I consumed yesterday:
● Coffee w/ 2 tsp fiber
● Trader Joes No Iron Multivitamin
● 12 oz Budweiser Select
● .95 cup Monarch of the Glen 12yr
● McDonald's Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken, pinch of mozzarella & Newman's Own lite Italian dressing (no croutons or tomatoes)
● .5 McDonald's small french fries
● Coffee w/ .32 cup whiskey
