203 lbs (-26) [4X]

That was my weakest weekend yet (or should I say WEAKend). And for the first time on this diet, I didn't lose any net weight last week (or should I say WEAK).

What I consumed yesterday:
● 1 oz M&M salty & sweet mix
● 2 coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 8 oz V-Fusion Light Pomegranate juice w/ 2 tbsp vodka
● 8 oz Coke w/ 2 tbsp whiskey
● McDonald's pancake w/ sausage
● .4 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● Thin slice Cold Stone Creamery ice cream cake
● 20 oz Mac & Jacks amber ale
● Coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 24 oz Manny's ale
● Pine Lake Beaver Lake Caesar salad w/ grilled chicken
● 12 Pine Lake french fries
