Sometimes in life, you just need to throw away the ravioli.


What I consumed yesterday:
● McDonald's Fruit 'N Yogurt Parfait (no granola)
● McDonalds's sausage patty
● Coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● Trader Joes No Iron Multivitamin
● 6 small carrots
● 2 sips Tropicana OJ
● 6 oz Old El Paso no fat refried beans w/ hot salsa
● 40 oz Manny's ale
● 5 tbsp Evan Williams whiskey
● Morning Star veggie burger w/ pepper rings (no bun)
● Kraft Cracked Black Pepper string cheese
