203 lbs (-26)

One nice thing about this diet is you can't get all obnoxious and start telling other people what to eat--they'd just think you were crazy (and they'd probably be right).

What I consumed yesterday:
● Coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 5.5 oz V8 juice
● 2 12oz New Belgium Somersault Ale
● 22 oz Manny's ale
● Half serving of Jade Dragon broccoli stir-fry with pork
● 10 baby carrots dipped in Jif chocolate silk peanut butter
● .32 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 2 English Breakfast tea w/ 3 tbsp vodka
● Half bag of popcorn
