Oh, well--back to intermittent fasting / drinking. Until we meet again carrot bread, a bid you adieu.

What I consumed yesterday:
● Coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 2.5 oz Nissin Cup Noodles Spicy Chile Chicken w/ 1 tbsp fiber, 3 tbsp whiskey, & no noodles
● Small piece carrot bread (yum again!)
● Starbucks Cool Lime Refresher
● Hot dog w/ mustard (no bun)
● .32 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● .75 cup of Columbia Crest Amitage red wine
● 2 small carrots
● 1 cup Waterbrook Melange Noir red wine
● 2 plates taco seasoned ground beef, lettuce, grated cheddar, & salsa
● 7 oz Old El Paso no fat refried beans w/ salsa
● 2 2.4 oz margarita mix w/ 2 shots vodka
