Intermittent Fasting -- 207 lbs (-22)

No calories until 6:30pm last night. I felt like a hunter/gatherer of yore, spending all day tracking down solutions to wily problems and then feasting on my spoils after sundown.

Despite my intent to avoid particular diets, I've since learned this skipping breakfast thing is a part of "intermittent fasting". You can read more about IF here and skipping breakfast here.

What I consumed yesterday:
● .14 cup Old Overholt rye (all gone)
● .32 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 1.5 cups of Columbia Crest Amitage red wine
● Big serving of diced chicken w/ 2 slices melted pepper jack cheese
● Big serving of Rancho Grande cooked vegetables w/ burrito sauce & cheese
● Kraft Cracked Black Pepper string cheese
