212 lbs (-17) [4X]

How discouraging--I'm up where I was at the end of last week. One of the reasons I committed to a one year diet is that I would only have to lose 1 pound per week to meet my 49 lb goal. As long as I lost at least a pound per week, I wouldn't get discouraged. Hopefully, I can recoup this week.

What I consumed yesterday:
● 2 black coffees w/ 3 tbsp whiskey & 1 tbsp fiber
● Starbucks grande sugar-free vanilla latte
● 8 bites Baskin Robbins sorbet
● Starbucks chorizo, Serrano ham, white cheddar cheese
● McDonald's McChicken patty (plain, no bread)
● .75 hot dog (no bun)
● .45 cup whiskey
● 1.5 cups of Columbia Crest Amitage red wine
● 16 oz Rosarita no fat refried beans w/ hot sauce
● Black coffee w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
