211 lbs (-18) [3X]

Argh! I've fallen into a pattern of eating too much in the evening. Must ... break ... out.

Interesting note that vegetable soup with whiskey tastes so awful, while spicy cup of noodles with whiskey tastes good. The former is a better appetite suppressant, though. I should have had that last night.

What I consumed yesterday:
● Black coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 3 tbsp Campbell's Vegetarian Vegetable soup w/ whiskey (tasted disgusting)
● 12 oz Vanilla Coke Zero
● 5 mini dill pickles
● Trader Joes No Iron Multivitamin
● 6.75 oz Juicy Juice grape
● Tbsp of brownie crumbs
● 16 oz sugarfree vanilla latte w/ nonfat milk
● 2 12 oz Budweiser Select w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● Taco Time chicken Fit Hit bowl w/o most rice
● Black coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● .75 cup Waterbrook Melange Noir red wine
● 24 stuffed ravioli w/ grated parmesan & spaghetti sauce
● 10 green beans w/ crispy coating & hot sauce
● 12 oz Budweiser Select
