211 lbs (-18) [2X]

If you had nothing better to do, you might have noticed that always start my day with liquids. My biggest weight loss strategy is to avoid eating solids as long as possible. I find that the earlier I start eating solids, the hungrier for solids I get, and the more I eat throughout the day.

What I consumed yesterday:
● Black coffee w/ 8 tbsp whiskey (bottom of the bottle)
● 2 5.5 oz V8 juice
● 2 12 oz Budweiser Select w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 4 Buffalo chicken wings w/ blue cheese dressing
● 10 green beans w/ crispy coating
● 10 Reeses Pieces
