208 lbs (-21) [3X]

Managed to eat breakfast yesterday without setting a precedent for the rest of the day. Phew!

What I consumed yesterday:
● 2 Denny's egg whites, chicken sausage patties, & turkey bacon slices
● 2 12 oz Fat Tire ales
● .32 cup Evan Williams whiskey
● 2 slices bacon
● 2.25 cups Waterbrook Melange Noir red wine
● 15 slices potato w/ grated cheddar cheese & bacon
● Morning Star veggie burger w/ pepper rings (no bun)
