208 lbs (-21) [5X]

TGIM! I got through the weekend with no regression, despite oldest daughter baking and youngest daughter sharing (she really enjoys offering me candy & cookies--little evil temptress). It's so much easier to knock off a couple of pounds with the incessant distractions of work.


What I consumed yesterday:
● Strawberry
● 5 bites Swiss Miss Triple Chocolate Dream pudding
● Nescafe Memento Caramel Latte w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 1 cup V-Fusion Light Strawberry & Banana juice w/ 3 tbsp whiskey
● 5 bites carrot
● 2 slices Tillamook pepper jack cheese & bacon
● Kraft Cracked Black Pepper string cheese
● Mini chocolate chip cookie
● 2 12 oz Vanilla Coke Zero w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 2.5 bowls chicken noodle soup
● .5 Kraft string cheese
● Black coffee w/ 4 tbsp whiskey
● 2 Metamucil multigrain wafers
